How much does it cost
Published ranges, so you can decide whether to email us at all. A fixed number follows once we have seen the task, never a surprise invoice afterwards.

What each line actually means
The table above is the anchor: a name, a range, a delivery window. Below is the same list written out: what the work is, who it suits, and what moves the number. If a line still reads like jargon, that is our fault, not yours.
Single automation workflow
One job that runs on a schedule. Pull a supplier feed into a sheet, file and resize incoming images, send a daily digest, keep two lists in step. You get the schedule, retries and an alert when it breaks, not a script you have to babysit.
Who it is for: For one repeated task that someone is doing by hand today.
What decides the price: Time to map the source and the destination, and what should happen when a record looks wrong.
Delivery: 1–3 days from a fixed quote you approve first.
Scraping or data enrichment pipeline
Collect from one or more sources, clean and match the fields you care about, then store or publish them. Runs on a schedule with a log you can read and a re-run button.
Who it is for: For a list, catalog or price set you need kept current.
What decides the price: Number of sources, whether they need cleaning or matching, and how strict the anti-bot protection is.
Delivery: 3–10 days from a fixed quote you approve first.
Multi-step integration (3–6 systems)
Connect tools you already pay for so data moves between them without anyone copying it: CRM to invoicing to support to reporting.
Who it is for: For the seam between two departments, or two pieces of software that do not talk.
What decides the price: How many systems, whether they have an API, and who owns the account.
Delivery: 3–7 days from a fixed quote you approve first.
Technical SEO audit
What stops your pages being crawled, indexed or ranked, written down: crawl report, index coverage from your own Search Console, redirects, canonicals, internal links, structured data, Core Web Vitals, each finding marked by impact.
Who it is for: For a site that has content but no search traffic, or traffic that fell.
What decides the price: Site size, how the site is generated, and whether Search Console access exists.
Delivery: 2–5 days from a fixed quote you approve first.
Technical SEO remediation
We implement the findings, highest impact first, and show the before and after from your own data.
Who it is for: For acting on an audit, ours or someone else's.
What decides the price: How many of the findings turn out to be real, and how the site is deployed.
Delivery: per stage from a fixed quote you approve first.
Landing page
One focused page: the offer, the proof, the price, the form. Plain HTML and CSS, so it loads fast and nothing needs a subscription.
Who it is for: For a launch, a campaign, or a service you are testing.
What decides the price: Whether the copy and the images exist, and whether it needs a form backend.
Delivery: 2–4 days from a fixed quote you approve first.
Store build
A small catalog that takes orders and payments, with the admin you actually need: products, prices, orders. We reuse a platform you already have or run it without one.
Who it is for: For a first shop, or a move off a platform you are paying for.
What decides the price: Catalog size, options and variants, payment provider, shipping rules.
Delivery: 1–2 weeks from a fixed quote you approve first.
Migration or speed work
Move a site between hosts or platforms without losing URLs, and fix what makes it slow, measured before and after.
Who it is for: For a site that is slow, or stuck on a host or platform you want to leave.
What decides the price: Site size, how many URLs must be preserved, and whether it can be tested on a copy first.
Delivery: 2–6 days from a fixed quote you approve first.
Care plan
Monitoring of what we built, a monthly report, and a bank of change hours. Cancel any time with 30 days notice. Nothing renews on its own behind your back.
Who it is for: For a system that now matters to the business and has no one watching it.
What decides the price: How many hours of changes you expect in a month, and how much monitoring you want.
Delivery: ongoing from a fixed quote you approve first.
A range is not a quote. Send one sample and you get one number, in writing, before anything starts. Here is what to send →
For scale: published 2026 salary data puts an in-house senior scraping engineer at roughly $120,000–170,000 a year, and one three-person data team at about $150,000 a year, before the platform it runs on. Most of the work on this page is priced to be finished in a week. (Source: build-versus-buy cost analysis, webnyze.com, 2026.)
Care plan — a fixed monthly instead of re-scoping every fix
Third-party changes break things: a feed changes shape, a library updates, a platform deprecates something. A plan turns that into a known monthly number. Cancel any time with 30 days notice; there is no lock-in and nothing renews silently.
$90 / month
- Monitoring of what we built: uptime, scheduled runs, error alerts
- You hear about breakage from us, not from a customer
- One-page monthly report: search performance and run history, same numbers you can pull yourself
- Email support, one business day
- No included development hours
$350 / month
- Everything in Watch
- 4 hours of changes per month: unused hours roll over one month
- Priority queue ahead of new projects
- Breakage caused by third-party changes fixed without a new scope
- Quarterly review with a written recommendation list
Not included in either tier: new features beyond the hours above, ad management, content writing, or migrations. Those are quoted as their own scope, as always.
What moves the number
- Access: an API or an export I can read beats a login and screenshots.
- Sources: each extra source adds time.
- How hard the source fights back: anti-bot pressure, not the data itself, is usually what moves a scraping price. A site that logs you out mid-crawl is a different job to one that serves a clean feed.
- Once or forever: a single collection is cheap; the same collection kept correct every week with alerts is a different job.
- Data quality: fields that need matching or de-duplicating before they are usable.
- Who owns it: if the destination is your platform, setup and permissions are on the critical path.
- Deadlines: an immovable date is fine, it just changes what else moves.
The questions people ask after seeing a price
- What does implementation involve on my side? One sample and a short written exchange, usually.
- When is the next payment due? Half up front, half on handover; milestones above $3,000.
- What if it does not work? The milestone it belongs to is not invoiced until it does.
- Can we add to it later? Yes — as a new scope, or through the care plan's monthly changes.
- Do we need to talk to sales? There is no sales team. You talk to the person doing the work.
Currency and invoices
Quotes are in US dollars. We issue a simple invoice per milestone with the scope attached, in a form your bookkeeping can file. If you need a specific invoice format or a purchase-order reference, tell us at the start rather than at the end. Accepted payment methods and who pays the fees →
