  • Any deadline that is real, and what depends on it

When a reply is realistic

We work from GMT+8: that covers European working hours in full and US Eastern mornings; US Pacific is handled asynchronously. If something is urgent, say so in the first line and we will tell you honestly whether the date is achievable.
